Leslie’s philosophy

I realise the importance of not losing fitness while recovering from an injury and am keen to help people to keep running if at all possible. I lave learned a lot of these treatment techniques through my own career in running and other sports. My sporting record is as follows:

  • World best 50-mile track and road
  • British 100km record
  • 1st woman in London-Brighton (twice)
  • 1st woman in Davos Mountain Marathon
  • Women's AAA Marathon Champion
  • Scottish Cross-Country Champion (twice)
  • Scottish 1-Mile Champion
  • Competed in 206 marathons (won 68 of them)
  • Also competed in swimming, fitness competitions, squash and powerlifting
running injuries

My own experience in sport plus my training in physiotherapy have convinced me that a holistic, drug-free approach is essential for long-term well-being.
